Just Like Jude: Finally, a movie for kids by the Kids

kids on the set of the movie: Just Like Jude
In the last two and half decades, more than any other medium, the Audio Visual has been the greatest fascination of the Nigerian children, adolescents and even adults. We have watched so many movies which talked about how parents get their problems solved through the help of someone who was able to make them speak up, but the problem of the little child which has made him/her silent is not taken serious or noticed.
Children like every human are fascinated through audio visuals like cartoons, spider man, Barbie, Ben 10 and many more. Many film and television producers shy away and avoid children productions, either because they find it tedious working with kids or they tag them as being petty, stubborn or childish. This is what led to the the MOVIE “JUST LIKE JUDE”   Damilare and Oyindamola are two major characters in the movie who will always want to wake up and find themselves right beside their parents who are so in love and love them in return. They call their home one which is made in heaven and they love it so much that they want their friends to be part of it.   When Damilare heard the word “divorce” from a boy who was once the happiest boy in school and what it has turned him into, he feared to be part of that world.
It was his turn to have a taste of broken home and it sends his mind racing…is this what I will be going through? It affected him psychologically and academically and all hope that he was going to come out of his shell proves abortive, how on earth can this be happening to him? Oyindamola feels it’s a little problem the parents will get over and Ibeh his friend could not even help him out of his shell and when Uncle James came in, it becomes a matter of letting go or holding on.
“JUST LIKE JUDE” is moral filled movie with high moral lessons for the entire family.  The movie deals with family values and mores. It discusses the fears and aspirations of kids in an ideal family setting.
Just like Jude is a professionally handled story, carefully woven with suspense and thrills. The cast did a good job in delivering their lines and the high tech equipments enhanced the quality of the movie.
The lead character Damilare is played by Dayo Sotade-George. It’s an emotional character which he played in a way that will grip you to your seat.
His sister Oyindamola is played by Eniola Ayodele also played this role like it was part of her life. You will want to see every next scene with the way she played her role.
Their parents MR AND MRS SALAKO are played by Yinka Aiyelokun and Bukky Ogunnote-Ogunade respectively.
The story is written and Directed by: Patience Aboba Osheka and produced by Deji-Etiwe Sulayman.
This is another block buster from the stable of Albasit communications the producer of Bubble Burst, Ileke, Awerijaye, Labalaba Nse bi Eiye, and the award winning movie Majata.
