sensation Temilade Openiyi, famously known as Tems, is officially set to grace the stage at AFROPUNK Brazil 2025. The highly anticipated cultural
festival, taking place in Salvador, Bahia, will see the Grammy winner perform
on November 9, 2025.
The exciting news was
unveiled through captivating new promotional artwork, confirming Tems'
participation in the festival's vibrant celebration of Black culture, identity,
and resistance. This appearance marks another significant milestone in Tems'
soaring international career, building on her recent performances in Portugal,
the Netherlands, London’s Wembley Stadium, and the FIFA Club World Cup in the
U.S.
Tems will be joining
an already impressive roster of artists, including international soul singer Jorja Smith and Brazilian icons Péricles, Liniker, and BaianaSystem. AFROPUNK Brazil, scheduled for November 8
and 9, is renowned as more than just a music festival; it's a powerful platform
dedicated to celebrating Black excellence through art, fashion, and music.
Her inclusion in this
year's lineup underscores her growing influence on the global music scene. Tems'
performance is expected to be one of the festival's standout moments as
AFROPUNK once again transforms Salvador into a dynamic hub where music,
